Law Office of Thomas W. Seeley P.C. works closely and proactively with my clients to address your needs in both simple and complex residential and commercial real estate transactions. I have represented individuals, property investors, commercial and residential real estate developers and landlords and tenants. I have advised clients in all matters related to real estate law and contracts, including residential and commercial negotiations, contracts, and the preparation and review of a variety of documents.

  • Residential Real Estate - Buying a home is the single largest business transaction most people make in their lives.   My office guides clients through the sometimes overwhelming process of purchasing and selling a home from the Contract to the closing.

 

  • Commercial Real Estate - Helping clients navigate this increasingly complex and wide-ranging area of law.  Assisting with preparation and review of.
 
  • Municipal/Zoning - I have represented numerous business and individual clients before Municipal boards in zoning matters, including variance applications, land use plans, special permits, site plan reviews, subdivision and related matters such as State Environmental Quality Review (SEQR) compliance. In addition the firm has prepared covenants, easements restrictions and contracts to comply with municipal zoning and land use requirements.

  • Litigation - have represented clients in cases arising from real estate matters including breaches of contract, easement/right of way disputes and, lease, title and other real estate contract disputes.

Wherever possible, I seek to help clients resolve their disputes in the most pragmatic, efficient manner possible.  I recognize there are times when such a resolution is not advisable or possible.
